I’m Ụchénnà (they/them), a queer Igbo artist based in Toronto, Canada. My work is varied and multifaceted, pulling on futuristic ideals, spiritual narratives and Igbo culture, with the core of it all being an exploration of play. Outside of my visual arts pursuits, I am also a storyteller, utilizing poetry and short stories as mediums. In my free time, I enjoy being an amateur astrologer, a language learner and can be found gallivanting in nature.
